Founding application
Submitting an application creates no payment today. Approval confirms eligibility as a verified founding member, subject to truthful information and community rules.
Contribution activation
Applicants acknowledge $1 monthly or $12 yearly. Founding payment requests are sent only after 10,000 verified founders and an explicit activation decision. New registrations may then include payment directly.
Participation and support
Every active member may prioritise every eligible CDF and MEF project. Votes guide priority; OB records the final legal, fiduciary and funding decision. CDF support may be a loan or grant. MEF businesses remain owned by their founders and investors: MEF primarily provides risk guarantees, while any separately documented direct OB investment remains an asset of the fund.
Conduct and suspension
Fraud, impersonation, harassment, manipulation of votes or misuse of private data may lead to rejection, suspension or removal, with a recorded review and appeal route.
