Founding charter

Unity requires visible rules.

This public founding charter records the principles that govern the campaign until members adopt the permanent charter.

01

One verified person, one voice

Eligible votes belong to verified members. Popularity cannot bypass feasibility, conflicts review, available funds or applicable law.

02

Contributions are dues

The $1 monthly or $12 annual contribution creates no dividend, savings balance, ownership interest, repayment right or guarantee of support.

03

Transparency and recusal

Fund allocation, project stages, decision reasons and conflicts must be recorded. A reviewer or decision maker with a material interest must disclose it and withdraw.

04

Founding transition

Reaching 10,000 verified founders opens contribution activation. It does not automatically release funds. Permanent governance, financial controls and project gates remain required.
